Profit Canvas Mentorship Steps
There are five stages to the Profit Canvas Mentorship Program:
Step 1
Create your Art Biz Roadmap
Private Roadmap Session Part 1
This session puts the focus on you, the artist, and your personal circumstances so we can analyze the best course of action for you to take to see inevitable results in your business, no matter what you have going on in your life at that time.
Step 2
Establish your “Big Three” Outcomes
Private Roadmap Session Part 2
In this session, you meet with an AIB coach to determine what your three main outcome goals need to be during your time in the six-week mentorship program in order for your business to move from where it is now to where you need it to be.
Step 3
Fulfill your “Big Three” Outcomes!
Mentorship description
You’re now ready to dive into your personal Roadmap Plan of action, with the supportive course materials to help you achieve your goals, and Alexis to coach you every step of the way!
Step 4
Create your 12-month Strategic Plan
Cycle of Completion Bootcamp description
The final step in the mentorship program is a two-day workshop called the Cycle of Completion, which is a 12-month planning session based on the outcome goals you achieved in the program combined with the next necessary steps you need to take for your business growth.
Step 5
Fulfill your 12-month Outcomes!
AIB Jumpstart Group description
You then graduate into the AIB Jumpstart Group, which is a support coaching group for the entire AIB Community, including past Profit Canvas Mentorship grads, with weekly Live Deep-Dive Q&As with Alexis. You receive complimentary membership to the AIB Jumpstart Group for the rest of the year so you can ensure you have support for every action step you take and any adjustment you might need to make along the way.
